Where the Instinct Started

A new mobile brand in Egypt with no community of its own yet, and a customer-support function that needed to double as a relationship-building channel.
Turn a complaint-reporting responsibility into a community-building one — grow the brand's Facebook presence, take it offline into real meetups, and build relationships with the bloggers and reviewers who could extend that community further.
No engagement number or reach figure exists for this period — correctly, since none was ever claimed. What exists instead is direct, photographed proof of the CV's own claim: real people, at a real offline meetup, under real Infinix branding — the community the later career would build on, at the exact scale it actually started at.
The Business Challenge
A new mobile brand in Egypt with no community of its own yet, and a customer-support function that needed to double as a relationship-building channel.
The Strategy
Turn a complaint-reporting responsibility into a community-building one — grow the brand's Facebook presence, take it offline into real meetups, and build relationships with the bloggers and reviewers who could extend that community further.
Execution
Facebook groups for Infinix's UI and fans, grown into real offline meetups — a café gathering under a branded step-and-repeat, and a larger organized gathering where the community posed together holding “Infinix Super SmartPhone” signage. This is the earliest evidenced instance of a discipline that would scale considerably in later roles — the same creator/blogger-relationship instinct that, years later, ran a tiered, tech-reviewer seeding program at Xiaomi and a multi-creator influencer operation across Communication Marketing's later work. The seniority gap is real and worth stating plainly: this was a first job, grassroots and hands-on, not yet a managed program with a budget behind it.

Business Results
No engagement number or reach figure exists for this period — correctly, since none was ever claimed. What exists instead is direct, photographed proof of the CV's own claim: real people, at a real offline meetup, under real Infinix branding — the community the later career would build on, at the exact scale it actually started at.
Executive Takeaway
The instinct to build a community by hand — one Facebook group, one meetup, one relationship at a time — is the same instinct that later scaled into a 24-creator influencer program. It just took a budget and a title to get bigger, not a different idea.
